We are so excited to welcome Sophia Forero back to our Egg Harbor store. This is our largest trunk show of the year. We are quite honored to have such a nationally recognized artist visiting the shop and meeting with our customers.

Sophia is a Chicago jewelry designer who’s eye for color, texture, and design stems from her love of history and wide experience of international culture. After earning her Master’s Degree at University of Chicago, she worked for the US Peace Corps, teaching and traveling throughout eastern Europe. Sophia went on to see the world, gathering inspiration and materials from which she began to craft fine jewels. She has learned seven languages, helping her communicate with artisans from all over the globe, including Russia, Mexico, and Greece.  Sophia’s jewelry is made with sterling silver, 14 karat gold, and focuses on the brilliance of color in natural gemstone combinations.

Sophia is a proud mother of four, and works alongside her husband in their joint jewelry studio outside Chicago. Sophia will be at Patricia Shoppe in Egg Harbor all weekend showing her jewelry collection

   

Sophia’s pieces are on the red carpet- actresses Sarah Jessica Parker, Vivica Fox, Keiko Agena, and Nia Vardalos are just a few who enjoy her work.
