There is nothing better than to hear that our store was recommended. Word of mouth is the best advertising! Even though we have sales throughout the year, one day in December every year we like to give a BIG THANK YOU to all the ladies out there who are such great customers and advocates for Patricia Shoppe! Our Egg Harbor store in Door county depends on this word of mouth advertising. All those waitresses, real estate agents, bank tellers, other shop clerks… that tell tourists all year long about our shop deserve a thank you from us! Celebrating HollyDays this Weekend

Black Friday is mania across much of the country this comming weekend. However in our little village of Egg Harbor it is a beautiful holiday. We celebrate every year with HollyDays. Horse drawn hay rides take you from shop to shop, carolers sing thoughout the village, Santa lights the tree at dusk and the businesses offer treats and specials. We welcome visitors at Patricia Shoppe this weekend with hot apple cider, cookies, cheer and Big Sales! 50% off all shoes & purses, 30% off all apparel, and 30-50% off slect jewelry!!

We also will be featuring a trunk show with Door County jewelry artist Kirsten Bungener of Retro Textures. Kirsten’s jewelry is all handmade and one of kind. It is made with vintage bits, pearls, crystals and found objects. Kirsten will be at the Egg Harbor shop Friday Nov 26th 10am-3pm, but her trunk show will remain up all weekend. Holiday on the Lakeshore

We are packing up the shop again and taking it on the road. This weekend we are heading down the lake shore to Manitowoc. The Service League of Manitowoc has been hosting a high quality fund raising holiday market for 28 years. This year Patricia Shoppe was invited, and we have one of the largest booths right in the middle of the ballroom. We have great holiday sparkle, cozy coats, supple scarves, gorgeous gloves, marvelous mittens and more! Many items priced under $40 for the perfect gift! Shopping at these holiday markets are a great way to get into the spirit of giving back while seeing whats hot for the season and spending a fun day with friends or family. Can you believe its that time of year again! The first of our big Holiday events is this weekend. Gallerie of Shoppes is Saturday November 6th from 9am-4pm at the Lambeau Field Atrium, 1st floor in Green Bay, WI. We are packing up the uhaul and bringing almost the whole store- we have one of the largest booths! There will be over two dozen businesses from all over the state offering quality, unique merchandise. We have all kinds of new holiday merchandise at great prices, from sparkling Swarovski crystal jewelry for under $40 to fun stocking stuffer earrings and bracelets for under $12!!! Autumn has arrived

I know my last post was about fall deliveries, but now its official, autumn has arrived. School has started, orange leaves dot our walkway up to the store, and our shelves are bursting with all new items. From scarves and gloves, to wool hats and cozy coats the store is warming up for the cooler temps that are soon and sure to arrive.

Can you believe we are un packing boots and sweaters! Fall deliveries are always bittersweet. Its fun to have new colors and textures in the store, but sad because it means summer is nearing an end.
