We sent our first e-newsletter out today (with a few glitches). I couldn’t believe the responses. Within the first hour we had the phone ringing, some just to say hi, and an order for 2 tee-skirts only 20 minutes after we mailed! This online marketing is so much fun and I really feel more connected to my customers, hopefully the customers feel more in touch with the shops and will enjoy looking at the blog and site to see whats new and exciting in the shops.
